Sponsorship Agreement Signed with Galatasaray Sailing Branch

They signed a new agreement between Tunç Holding and Galatasaray Sailing Branch.

Tunç Holding Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Dinçer Azaphan, Galatasaray Sailing Branch Manager Ayça Ark and our Olympic athlete Ecem Güzel attended the sponsorship agreement held at Galatasaray Kalamış Facilities.

Following the agreement, Dinçer Azaphan, Sailing Branch Manager Ayça Ark and our Olympic athlete Ecem Güzel made statements to Galatasaray TV Youtube channel.

Mr. Dinçer Azaphan used the following statements:

“First of all, I congratulate my sister Ecem for her success. As the Tunç Holding family, we decided to support him on his path to success. The heart of Turkey and the world beats with football, but for me the sub-branches are even more important than football. I value them very much. After volleyball, basketball, football and women's football, we decided to contribute a little to sailing. Thanks to Ms. Ecem and Ayça, they gave a lot of support, they are very volunteers. We stand by our club as always. We will continue to be by your side. Hopefully we will be lucky. I trust my sister Ecem. I was following him before. We saw his enthusiasm. I also received his promise to take a tour without going to a camp abroad. Athletes should always be supported. People should come to our Kalamış Facilities and see sailing and water polo. I ask Galatasaray fans to support these branches.

We are from Galatasaray by birth. I was going to matches at Ali Sami Yen. When I was little, I would go to meet football players and take photos. This love comes from the family. There is no description of this. To support my team as much as I can. So to speak, ours is a love story, and this story will continue until we die.

Maybe in the future, our children will come here and say that our father supported our sister Ecem here. Maybe they will do this sport too. The new generation is interested in water sports. We are here to make them love it. “How happy we are.”

Sailing Branch Manager Ayça Ark stated that it is very important to support amateur sports.

“We are very happy to support amateur sports. I am also a former athlete. I was born and raised in Galatasaray. I am a very fresh manager at the club where I used to play sports. That's why I welcomed this support very much. It is very important to support amateur sports. "To raise many Ecems..." she said.

Our Olympic athlete Ecem Güzel said:

“First of all, I would like to thank them endlessly for their support. Because in amateur branches, even a very small sponsorship and a helping hand are very important for us athletes and our branch. I am walking on a path, I am paving the way, and I have many young athlete friends who will follow me, with whom we share the same environment. Since my athlete friends also follow this path, it was an encouragement and a motivational step for them too. Thank you very much.

I came back from the race in France last week. A week later, I will go to Marseille to camp where the Olympics will be held. We have very little time left. “There will be training and camps during this period as well.”
